Partners
Stand with us, in whichever way fits
Namela is built on partnership: corporates, schools, universities, government and foundations each have a practical route in. Every route comes with honest reporting.
Partnership routes
Six ways to partner
Adopt-a-School CSI
Sponsor career navigation for an entire school. Your CSI investment is traceable to named schools, learner numbers and outcomes, with reporting drawn from live programme data. A natural fit for B-BBEE socio-economic development spend.
Premium school partnerships
Fee-paying schools purchase Career Compass at a fair rate. Every premium contract directly subsidises free delivery in an under-resourced school, and your learners get a genuinely strong programme, not a charity add-on.
University and TVET recruitment
Reach motivated, assessment-matched applicants from schools your recruiters rarely visit. Better-informed applicants mean better retention, and our data helps you find learners whose profiles genuinely fit your programmes.
Government and SETA delivery
Contracted delivery of career development services aligned to national priorities, from provincial education initiatives to SETA-funded career awareness programmes, delivered with the M&E rigour the public sector requires.
SA Career Futures Week
Sponsor a flagship week of career activation across Free State schools: assessments, career exhibitions and application drives, concentrated into one high-visibility week with clear brand association for sponsors.
Foundation programme funding
Trusts and foundations fund core programme delivery and the Digital Career Access engine. Funders receive findings before publication, ring-fenced fund tracking and reporting that includes what did not work.
Sustainability
The blended income model
We are deliberately not built on a single grant. Our target income mix spreads risk and keeps free delivery funded even when one stream dips.
Earned revenue from premium schools, digital assistance work and institutional services anchors the model. Sponsorship and grants extend reach into schools that cannot pay, and government contracts formalise delivery at scale. The mix is a target, and like all our targets we will report against it honestly.
Policy alignment
Aligned to the frameworks funders work within
Namela's work maps directly onto the Sustainable Development Goals and South Africa's National Development Plan, which makes partnership reporting straightforward for CSI teams, foundations and public sector partners.
- SDG 4, Quality Education: structured career guidance and informed subject choice in under-resourced schools
- SDG 8, Decent Work and Economic Growth: better school-to-work transitions and reduced youth unemployment
- SDG 10, Reduced Inequalities: free delivery targeted at township and rural learners, and digital tools for overlooked organisations
- SDG 17, Partnerships for the Goals: a delivery model built on schools, corporates, institutions and government working together
- NDP 2030: direct contribution to the plan's education, skills and youth employment priorities
